Hello,
We started getting hit with a new ‘flat fuel charge’ ranging
between ~ 80-105$ in addition to a smaller fuel surcharge on each invoice.
Given the multiple weekly orders for my various sites, these surcharges
are adding up quick.
The regional office claims it was pushed out at the national level without
warning and is not within their ability to change. Have others noticed these
charges appear as well?
