Hi,
your local DIY store should have some neoprene or similar foam wrapping which
is used for domestic heating tubes etc. - often this is available with a cut
along the length of the tube and sticky tape to close it again in order install
it in retrospective (no need to shut down and open the helium line)
This should help dampen the noise at least somewhat.
