400 MHz Avance III HD / Topspin 3.6.5
We observe the following three different, intermittent behaviors of the SampleCase:

The sample loads normally, the lights on the changer are steady yellow
*
The sample loads into the magnet and immediately ejects, the system tries to
load several times and aborts, returning the sample to the carousel. Error
message: "Error STOP_CHANGER 1000 STOP_CHANGER Sample Transporter. Insert
carrier failed! Check carrier transition from SampleMail to BST. If Spin i s
working correctly and if VT gas flow is not too high. Try to increase the
BST Spinner Down Timeout (ServiceWeb)." This error stops automation run
making IconNMR useless.

The sample gets stuck at the top of the BST and does not load into the magnet,
but the lights on the changer are YELLOW! We can also see the turbine in the
gap between the transporter shuttle and the BST.Can this problem be related
to some random air pressure/flow issues, bad sensors, or something else? I
am a new Bruker user and I am absolutely confused.
