This is a good chance to get the probe out of the magnet. I suggest this is
a Bruker NMR.
Please mark the direction of the shim system inside the magnet. There are
three nice and long screws from the top to the inner part of the shim system.
These has to be srewed out - and also you have to loosen the shim system
at the bottom clamping device, too.
Then you can get the glas tube in the spinner out of your system. Is it the
JEOL one - removing the probe is all you can do here. Then you can get the
sample in the rotor out of the bottom side. Sorry - this is the work you
can do now.
