Dear AMMRL:
We have a spectrometer available for outside users & external users
have just started to show interest. However, one tends to think of the
darkest side of things such as:
*if an external user damages a spectrometer or
*gets injured within the facility or
*if the person does something unacceptable such as stealing something,
etc.
I know these hardly occur under good supervision but unfortunately
sometimes they do happen.. Therefore, I would like to know about
liability policies towards external users of nmr spectrometers in other
NMR centers.
Any info will be greatly appreciated & I will post the feedback as a
summary..
Many thanks in advance,
Nese
