Hi Stu,
Could it be a barcode issue with the newer firmware? If I remember correctly,
the newest samplejet firmware requires barcodes on the samplejet caps to identify
the tube size. That caused me some headaches in the past.

would only recognize 5 mm tubes in certain positions on the open source ring

power cycling the SampleJet the 5 mm tubes are recognized everywhere but we've
lost 3 mm tube recognition. All calibrations are current and the SampleJet
