Dear All,
Our SampleJet has been running 5 mm and 3 mm tubes without any problem for
the last couple of years. After upgrading to Topspin 3.6pl5 the SampleJet
would only recognize 5 mm tubes in certain positions on the open source ring
but 3 mm tubes were ok. After updating the firmware on the SampleJet and
power cycling the SampleJet the 5 mm tubes are recognized everywhere but
we've lost 3 mm tube recognition. All calibrations are current and the
SampleJet will still load the shuttles. Has anyone seen this sort of
behavior with a SampleJet?
