I'm wondering if anyone can make any comments about the reliability of the
Bruker SampleCase with 45 slots vs 60 slots. We have both configurations
in our lab and the 60 slot model is having problems with jamming as it moves
between the concentric circles. The 45 slot model only has one ring and does
not encounter this problem. I'm wondering if the jamming issues I'm seeing
in the 60 slot model are just sort of an inherent 'feature' of the increased
alignment requirements generated by the concentric ring design or if I've just
had bad luck with the 60 slot model and other people are finding them generally
reliable.
