I've fought with this a couple times - once when setting up a new Windows 10
workstation. The symptom for me was that the IPSO would stall out at
C0 or 00 when booting, meaning that it has not loaded an OS from Diskless.
The cause of the problem was that the service "Bruker Tftp server" was not
running, even though it was set to start automatically. By starting it
manually and then pressing the reset button on the IPSO, I was able to get
it working. I then set the startup behaviour of the service to be
"Automatic (Delayed Start)" and this seems to have solved the problem.
