Hi Scott,
I flirted with switching from CentOS to Windows a few years ago and ran into
similar issues. I suspect the issues were tftp related but I abandoned
the idea of switching to Windows before I could ever get it sorted.
I never was able to get the IPSO to properly boot. Not going to be
much help, but here is the response I received from Center:
"I bet you can connect to the DRU (149.236.99.89) and ELCB (149.236.99.20).
If so then you have to make sure the dhcp and tftp servers are running.
Then the IPSO should boot."
