Hello all--we just completed our annual preventive maintenance on our 500 MHz
cryo system a couple weeks ago, and updated to Topspin 4.3 from 4.1.1. As of
now, our sample case has stalled 3 times with the same error message (screen
caps attached). It is simple enough to restart the system, but I'm not sure
why the problem recurs. The samples are loaded correctly, centered properly
with the appropriate volume, and we have had no issues with in-house air.
In a desperate measure, I switched back to Topspin 4.1.4 just now, to see
if the problem is software-related. If anyone has experience or insights
into this problem, I'd appreciate any advice!
