Thanks much to all. Fixed. I used the ACB board reset button.

Here is a selection of ideas:

---
Hi Robert
you need to reset the ACB board. There is a small reset button on the
ACB board. Push it it should then reset and work again.
---
Hi Robert
AN ACB reset will clear the error this can be done either by pressing red reset button on acb board or using acb tool in the utilities.
---
Hi Robert,
It depends on which vintage you have. There was red reset button (the kind you need a pencil or something sharp to push it with) near where the cord entered the remote keypad if you have one of them. There was a red reset on the ACB which was on the back side of our older console (if I remember right). I think there is a software reset too but not sure.
---
Robert:
Run a cf on your console. This should clear the Trans P-down light. It will also reinstall all of your configuration parameters so your system should work correctly.
---
Maybe the high-power amp for 1h is down and you are only using the low power amp? measuring 90deg pulse length should find if this is the case.
---
make sure AQR is on
with a pen tip reset ACB
execute "ii" command
tune and match and retry the experiment
---
Robert,
Open a terminal window and type
acb
then type
y
then type
1
and this should fix the problem.
---
Did you do something to turn off the red light next to TRANS PDOWN?
We have a DRX300, when we were running xwinnmr, when TRANS PDOWN is on, we could type "acbreset". Now we have TopSpin 1.3, there is no such command anymore, but we do the same by pushing the small "reset" pin on the ACB board by using the tip of a paper clip.
Also, "cf" command can achieve the same.
---
There are two ways to turn it off:
One is double click " bruker utilities" on the desktop, then "servicre
tools" then "acb.cmd" then "y", choose "1" to initialize. The light should
be off.
The second is the push the reset button on acb board with a pen, the light
should be off too.
Either works.
After the light is off, open topspin, then type "ii", you should be back to
normal.
