Hi Vernon,
‘Edlock’ has a ‘copy and paste solvent’ option
in the ‘Edit' menu that you can use to add both solvents; we cloned the
acetic acid lock parameters for TFA-d (set the deuterium frequency to 11.5ppm)
and we cloned HFIP from the DMSO parameters, setting the frequency to 3.94ppm.
Both seem to work well for us.
