AMMRL: spinner retrieval

I have always used the low-tech method of a wood dowel with lab tape
sticky-side out on the end. Turn on the lift air, push down (lightly)
on the spinner, and pull it out.

This method also works for sample retrieval when a student uses a heavy
tube (like a J. Young type) and forgets to attach the retrieval string.
