Output for a Varian Pulse Amp

Dear Engineers,

I have an old VXR 4000 ( for not much longer I hope).

It has pulse amp assembly number 953140, schematic number 87-168473
Rev.

The 90 13C pulse has fallen dramatically, and I measure an output of 40
W. Is that low?

It is getting it's 1/4 W input like its supposed to. There is supposed
to be a 100 W amp in it.
