Hi Karel,
The picture you sent looks like the lock might still be pulsing when you are
trying to measure the pulse length. For certain spectrometers (I think AVIIIHD
and older) you have to not only turn the lock off, but also set the lock power
to the minimum. The lock will continue pulsing otherwise and foul up your
pulse length measurements.
And if you have a L-TRX, it's not unheard of for the built-in 5W amplifier
to fail. This will cause the things you're seeing--and when you measure the
2H pulse you might find that it's much longer than you would expect.
