Hello Karel,
What kind or probe are you using? Is it a cryoprobe or RT probe?
The figure you sent of your attempt to measure the deuterium pulse length
looks like you are just seeing artifacts of some kind. I would say that
you might be having a problem with the preamp slice. But you can lock,
so I'm not sure what is happening here. Maybe something to do with the
transmit/receive switch in the preamp?
Have you had a look at the wobble curve on 2H?
