Hello,
Thank you for the many supportive responses. This situation is not resolved
yet, but I think I have found a different root of the problem.
Firstly, though, I definitely missed a 0 in my original price. Bruker will
replace SGU600 boards for $14K. I apologize for any confusion.

While poking around the console, I noticed that the power light on the REF-22
board is not lit. All 3 SGUs connect to this board, so I'm hypothesizing that
the REF-22 is the root cause. The REF-22 board didn't have any obvious damage,
though its slot was rather dusty. I might try exchanging it for the functioning
REF600-22 board from our solution instrument. Any other insight about REF boards
would be appreciated.

Also, I did confirm that all 8 of the fans on the top of the AQS are functioning
as expected.

Happy Friday,
Anne Carroll
