Hello Anne,

First, I'm relieved to hear that you can at least source replacement
SGU600s.  They are getting to be a little harder to find, so even if you
can repair your current SGUs, it might not be a bad idea to get a hold
of one additional SGU600 to serve as "backup."

Have you done a visual inspection of the boards?  Do you see any visible
signs of charring?
And I suggest you try the "sniff" test: sometimes you can smell charred
electrical components before you see any visible damage. That may help
you focus your attention to the specific components that need to be
replaced.
Do you have detailed schematics drawings for the SGU boards?

And lastly, did you fix the cause of the overheating problems?  Most
likely there will be failed fans in the AQS rack that need to be
replaced.  My advice would be to replace all of the fans, even if a few
are still "spinning" fine.  It is a hassle to remove the fan rack and
replace fans, so you might as well replace them all.

Good luck,
Bob.
