Hello all,
Is there anyone encounter the following error for a BVT3300 unit on a DPX console?
This DPX console with TP1.3pl10 is always giving error:
"Cannot determine BVT Model
No answer from spect:dev/tty05: timeout <device off or not connected>"
It shouldn't be BVT3300 unit issue. Put on another BVT3300 will give the same error. Tried different tty cable and port. Results are the same. Even after cf again and configured as none at port tty05. This error is still keeping pop up.
I guess it is probably the firmware issue, but Bruker said there is no firmware update for BVT3300.
