Dear All,
We're in the process of bringing back or JEOL 300 Solids instrument and
we're wondering about other facilities policies regarding usage, rules, and
billing.
How do you handle equipment damage, since probes are so expensive and time
consuming to repair.
Do you charge for usage/time, if so is your rate set similar to solution
NMR?
What if a lab user breaks the probe, does your facility pay for repairs
or do you charge the users PI account?
