Good afternoon,
We are trying to set up a new Linux workstation (7.3) to run our Bruker
Avance DRX Console and we are unable to telnet to spect. Bruker has
sent me numerous CCU boards and none have worked. I can ping spect
without any errors. I am currently at ECL-26. I have tried my original
board (no ECL info, ECL-05, and ECL-06). The Bruker support center has
thus far been unable to determine the problem. All of the suggestions
in the Linux/Bruker troubleshooting manuals have been exhausted. Our
SGI is still able to telnet to spect on any of the aforementioned
boards.
If you have any direct experience with such difficulties, please contact
me as soon as possible.
