AMMRL: Looking for a basic NMR Book

NMR People,

I have two employees that have just graduated with BS’s, and on their way to grad school. I want to give them a basic NMR book, that stresses interpretations of 1H and 13C spectra and not so much instrumentation and advanced techniques. Any suggestions?
