A few years ago I was able to get the genuine article from the PTS in
Littleton, MA (USA) by post. These are the markings:

Cornell Dublier
066R123U025JL2
12'000 uF 25 VDC
-10% +75%
-40C to 105C
MADE IN USA
658-0414-154

Otherwise, your electronics expert should be able to cook up a suitable
replacement from whatever is locally available.
