AMMRL: Favourite room temperature monitoring solutions?

Hi all,

Hoping that the hive mind has some good solutions for continuously monitoring
the room temperature in an NMR lab. I'm looking for 0.1-0.2 K precision,
and sampling every minute, based on the timescale of temperature changes I've
seen so far with my other gear.

I've historically used a Lascar EL-GFX-1 (https://www.lascarelectronics.com/easylog-el-gfx-1),
but it will only do 250,000 measurements, and it needs with the most annoying
batteries in the world (1/2 AA anyone?), and although I could bodge a permanent
power supply on to it, it doesn't solve the memory not being large enough, and
the need to plug it in if you want to get at the data.
https://www.lascarelectronics.com/easylog-el-sie-1plus gets you 1M readings, so
2 years at 1 reading per minute. You can plug it in via USB while its logging,
but apparently this increases the temperature readings (!?).

I figured an IoT-type solution with wifi and cloud access to temperature solutions
would be a neat way to do this, but I couldn't get one to play nice with Enterprise
university IT systems I've no doubt you could cobble something together with a
Raspberry Pi or something, but there aren't enough hours in the day to do that
myself, and it feels like there should be a commercially available solution out
there already.

Does anyone have any favourite products for this sort of thing?

Thanks

Geoff
