Hi all,
We recently upgraded our Bruker ELCB board on an Avance III system that uses
a 600 MHz Magnex magnet (~1999 vintage). Replacing the board now results
in an error
"BSMS Error: SLCB: He -level sensor is not calibrated!"
To fix this, according to Bruker, I need to run the He sensor calibration,
but for the life of me cannot find the He plugs to perform the calibration.
Does anyone either have a set of plugs for a 600 MHz Magnex magnet they could
send me (happy to pay shipping and any other fee) to calibrate, or provide
any work-arounds for this error. Also, just an FYI we are running this
instrument with a linux OS.
