Dear spinlanders,
I have to determine the signs of a series of H-H and P-H couplings. It looks
like only the C-H coupling is accepted as positive in the literature.
Therefore, I was looking for Bruker heteronuclear e.cosy type pulse
sequences that can give the sign of 3-bond proton-proton coupling with
respect to one bond C-H coupling. None seemed to do the job I wanted. I need
to ascertain the relative signs of C-H to H-H and then determine P-H to H-H.
If you have a pulse sequence that worked for you OR if you have some
suggestions, I really appreciate your help.
