I need to get the absolute integral of some peaks in a spectrum array with vnmr. The spectra in the array corresponds to several mixing time of a NOESY1D experiment. When I read out the first spectrum, integrate the peaks; then read in the 2nd one, integrate the peaks, I found that vnmr seemed automatically rescale the peaks in each of the spectrum. Although the same in the two spectra have very different absolute intensity, the integrals are similar from vnmr.
Does anyone knows how to get the absolute value of peaks in vnmr, or is it possible to do it? If not with vnmr, what software can do it?
