standards for 129Xe and 15N

Dear AMMRL colleagues,

I am looking for advices and suggestions for the following two standards:

(1)for the solid state 129Xe NMR, which kind of standards are commonly used?
(2)for the solution 15N NMR (small molecules), the standard(s) for the 15N
chemical shift reference?
