air dryers

Colleagues
We are considering getting a Balston model 75-20 (-100F dewpoint)
compressed air dryer. Does any one out there have any comments (good or
bad) they are willing to share regarding these dryers? Do they need a
earlier stage (e.g. -40F dewpoint) to work properly?
