AMMRL: Ejection valve from instrument

Dear AMMRL,

I am hoping someone can source a part for me. This is an eject “booster valve” that is part of the pneumatics system within a Varian 400MR instrument, and I’m looking for a replacement. The other valves in the system are from Clippard, but they do not recognize this particular valve. An online search of the part number gets me to the ISO group (some kind of defense and aerospace distributor) who list it on their website, but they were also unable to provide any information.

I am also checking with Agilent directly, but historically, their costs are much higher than purchasing from the manufacturer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
