Colleagues:
I have a Bruker 600 with an Avance III console and using Topspin
3.1pl7. After installing probe that had been repaired, topshim doesn't
converge properly. Here is point-by-point description (I normally use
topshim with the gui option):
a) The values of sample size, sample position, and initial Bo sigma
appear normal;
b) However after iterating the final Bo sigma value is equal to the
initial Bo sigma value, and the envelope width is huge (> 20 Hz);
c) The 2H echo signal appears normal, although not symmetric;
d) While the solution probe was away for repair I was using the solids
probe. In the process of installing it, I used the cf program.
I suspect I somehow altered some key topshim parameter. Does anyone have
any suggestions on how to proceed?
