hello.

A while back I had posted to this group about upgrade paths
for old Bruker AC-300F and the Aspect system, and I received
some very good responses.

I have just found out that we have been funded to no only
replace the computer system, but the whole console.

We have been looking into replacing the console with
a Varian Mercury 300 system, but I have noticed that
the original Oxford magnet will have to undergo some
modifications to be "compatible" with the varian system.

Has anyone out there done this covnersion on a 300 from
Bruker to Varian? I would be interested in
your thoughts/experiences.

Also, is there a Varian users group out there
equivalent to the Bruker group?

thanks for any and all info
