Dear all,
We have a new INOVA600 with a Sun computer and running on VNMR 6.1C/Solaris
7. We need to install a network printer/plotter to the system. This is a
HPLJ4050N network postscript printer with its own IP address, not connected
to any host computer. I have not been able to set up printer correctly.
Plotting is fine. I have tried all the device types listed in the Add
Printer/Plotter window and they don't work. The result is always two lines
on top of the printout with shifted indent instead of a full page. I have
also installed "makePrinter" downloaded from Varian website and using it to
install didn't work either.
Any suggestions and hints would be appreciated.
