I previously sent a post describing extra scans in the t1ir experiment.
After reviewing the scan counter again, I confirmed that there are no extra
scans; however, the scan counter is not correct. Specifically, dummy scans
are not displayed as negative values.
When setting ds = 4 and ns = 8, the behavior is as follows:
* For the first FID, there are −4 dummy scans, followed by 8 real scans.
* For the second FID, there are 8 real scans, followed by 4 scans before
switching to FID #3.
* For the third FID, there are 4 positive counts, followed by 8 positive
counts before switching to FID #4.
