The Kel-F spinners are often required for cryoprobes as they have a higher =
gas flow rate to avoid temperature gradient and th higher mass spinners prevent
‘wobbling’ and artefacts
You can also get mass multiplier rings to increase the weigh of blue spinners
to the same as Ken_f for $70 ish a pop

Group,
Bear in mind that the blue spinner has a mass of about 14.8 g. The Kel-F spinner
is about 21.6 g. I think we all know this, but these would not be expected
to be interchangeable.
