TOCSY on Bruker AM

Is anyone out there running TOCSY with presaturation on a Bruker AM
spectrometer? I have an AU program running on our AM-500 with a DIPSI-2rc
mixing sequence followed by a short Hahn-echo. To get this running I had to
operate in inverse mode, with all pulses (including "hard" pulses) coming
from the decoupler at the spin-lock power level. It works OK with peptides,
but I recently ran a 5.8 mM ubiquitin sample in 90% H2O and got S/N
considerably worse than published data on a 2 mM sample. The console
transmitter power meter reads about 6 watts during the mixing period. Any
ideas?
