Have there been any responses to the holiday season email circulated
about the incidence of breast cancer in 3 of 4 women operating NMR
in the University of Strathclyde?
As a woman who has just begun to utilize nmr in her experiments, I
would be very grateful for access to any data this enquiry has engendered.
Has there been any response of note or data worth aquiring regarding
the potential link? Also, it would be nice to know what sort of samples
the women were involved in analyzing - i.e. what other potentially toxic
solvents or other substances they might have been exposed to...
I appreciate any response to this message, however short.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Rachel Aronoff (Ph.D. - Markey Center for the Molecular Biology of RNA, UCSC)
