A new pharmaceutical company in Costa Rica is going to buy a 400 MHz
spectrometer. They have asked me for a experiment(s) they can ask
the vendors to run in order to assess the performance of the machine.
So, I would like to hear your opinion about the most demanding
experiment to run that can really show the differences in hardware
performance, stability, etc.
Secondly, I would appreciate your opinion about;
Hardware performance and reliability
Software
Vendor service and customer support
for the brand(s) of instruments you have had experience with.
