Subject: Re: CMX Training

Otsuka Electronics is planning on offering a CMX Service Training course at
the Otsuka
facility in Fort Collins, Colorado during the month of October 1996. The
course will be
covering the Chemagnetics CMXII product only.
Topics will include:

. CMX System overview
. Subsystem functions and tests
. Software manipulation
. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
. Probe maintenance

Why should you send someone to the training course?

* If you want to handle your own maintenance and/or plan to make
changes to your basic
system to meet your specific application.

* If you want to have a certain "comfort level" knowing someone on
your own staff can
perform routine maintenance and adaptations without
paying for a service call.

* If you have decided on a parts-only service contract, Otsuka
requires that someone on
your staff attend this course.

Who should attend the training course?

End users of the spectrometer who have electronic background or familiarity
with electronic components and software or who have previously worked on
NMR systems.

How is the course conducted?

It is set up as a combination lecture and hands-on experience.

The in-depth hands-on labs explore the ins and outs of the equipment - both
in individual and group sessions.

A small class size ensures that all participants can have their specific
concerns or questions addressed.

Depending on the particular contract made with us at the time of purchase,
some companies have arranged pre-payment for an employee to attend training
sessions. Please contact your purchasing agent or us to help you determine
if you qualify.

Travel and lodging is the responsibility of the attendee, we are
negotiating room reservations at a very reasonable rate at a close-by
hotel.

When is the sign-up deadline?

Since the course is limited to only 8 people, please complete the form and
email it to the address shown prior to Sept 6, 1996, if anyone from your
facility wishes to attend.

I hope you'll be taking advantage of this very informative course. For
further information please contact me:
