We have had tables under 3 or 4 supercons for ~4 years in our
labs. Two of the tables are 48" (a WB300 & a 400) and two tables
are 60" (both 500's). Reaching under the magnets for tuning/probe-swaps
is not a problem with the smaller tables. This is true for a Lady
in our labs who is ~4'10" tall. For the 60" tables we do
exactly what George Gray does.. a cheap roll-around step stool
provides a perfect seat with easy access for all.
