Postdoctoral Positions

Postdoctoral positions in structural biology are available
starting in the spring of 1996. The successful candidates
will use NMR as a major tool to study the structures of
regulatory proteins and protein complexes. Experiences in
either multidimensional NMR or biochemistry such as protein
expression, purification, and site-directed mutagenesis are
required. The positions are supported by the Cleveland Center
for Structural Biology newly established by the Cleveland
Clinic and Case Western Reserve University. With a newly
installed 600MHz NMR spectrometer, the center is in the process
of purchasing other fully equipped 600 and 500 MHz
spectrometers to be delivered by March, 1996. An array of
SUN and SGI workstations will be available for computational
needs. In addition, the lab will be well-equipped with
molecular biology, protein expression and purification. The
