Graphic Monitor for AMs

Fellows, we are having some problem with one of our graphic monitor for Bruker
AM spectrometer. Bruker charges $1,500 for exchange. Have any of you replaced
it (or repaired it at non-Bruker shop) before. The model we have is NEC
JC-1202DH. We called NEC about this model and the laughed at it (too old).
Any information will be appreciated.
