I would like to thank the dozen or so responses I have received regarding my
question on B-size printing from VNMR. As I suspected many have
successfully done this. I am including a couple of devicetable entries that
have been sent to me and a note from Rolf at Varian with info on two user
library utilities.

Thanks again to all,

Perry

==> There are two contributions in the VNMR user library which should
achieve this task:
- bin/VNMRPlot provides format changes and tray switching for
a wide variety of PostScript plotters
- bin/makePrinter is a complete printer administration tool
with large format support (we definitely tried the HP 5000),
plus tray, resolution and media size switching and linewidth
selection from within VNMR (with PostScript printers only),
plus HP/GL-2 plotting on LaserJets, plus UNIX and VNMR
printer installation coverage - but not for SGIs so far,
unfortunately.
A new version should appear on the on-line user library shortly.
