Hi-
We just recently had a NEO Nano console installed. I did see the installation
engineer remove the back panel to expose the AQX rack boards, but when I try
to do it now, I have no luck. Does anyone know of a trick for doing that?
There are two hex screws, and it appears that if those are removed (or even
unscrewed sufficiently), the cover plate can be lifted up and removed, but
on our instrument we are not able to move it at all……
