MAS2 configured fine, 2.5mm probe selected and configured fine
Checked Manually changing BP/DP when the cover is opened and holding it up
- does not affect or show any spinning and it fails
4mm spins fine

Is the MAS/2 correctly configured-2.5mm probe selected? And is the 2.5mm probe
correctly configured? If it's a flip-type, does the MAS controller have that
box checked? If you disconnect the bearing and drive air lines from the probe
and manually open the valves in the MAS/2 (use the manual spin control settings
on the touchscreen) does the air turn on and ramp up and down as expected? Your
website says you've got a couple of 4mm probes-do they spin okay? When you try
to start the sample spinning, can you hear it spinning-do you hear the whine
ramping up, or do you not hear anything?
