Everyone:
I am having a problem with the Lock display on our VNMRS-500. I believe that the lock itself is working because I can use the interactive findz0 to find the lock. I can collect a 2H spectrum using the lock. I can gradient shim on 2H. However, the lock display shows 1.3 and is unresponsive. I have flashed the control boards, run setacq, and reseated the lock controller board. I checked the voltages on the power supplies at their test points on the front of the console and they are all slightly above the correct values. I would really appreciate any help with troubleshooting this problem.
