we have got a problem with our three year old AV400 NMR instrument. we were observing some noise in the spectrum in localised areas occassionally. now the power LEDs to both the SGU:400 boards are not glowing and AQS rack cannot be woken up. kindly about the possible cause of this problem. please let us know why the power supplies of different units go bad frequently. this has been our observation regarding the 9 year old DPX 400 system as well.
we are in urgent need of help from this esteemed NMR community.
