I have a 9 year old SampleXpress sample changer where the cassette belt no
longer operates smoothly. I am considering all options, from buying a replacement
cassette, to upgrading the whole thing to a SampleXpress Plus, or I have heard
that it's possible to send the cassette back to Bruker for refurbishment. I
assume that's the cheapest of the options but we'd have no operational sample
changer while it's gone. Has anyone done this? Is this work done in Europe?
How long did it take?
