Hi All,
We had a power outage Wednesday night. Our spectrometer did not shut down
but our air supply did and our Prodigy probe warmed up. Thursday morning I
got the error message shown below. I tried to shutdown and reboot the
spectrometer, the computer and the BSMS but the message keeps coming back.
I can acquire data but the message won't go away so I'm hoping it's just a
bug. Has anyone encountered this and/or do you have any suggestions to fix
it? We're running Topspin 4.1.4 with a NEO console.
Thanks,
Mark Swanson
