Hi Holger,

have you tried the ICONNMR web interface. You first need to activate
this mode in the configuration window.
The users then can submit their samples from a standard web browser. The
only requirement is that on the spectrometer the automation window has
been opened, the run does not need to be started.  Once you want to
switch to automation mode you simply start the run.

There is even a modified version for data entry from a mobile device.

Check out pages  69 ff in the ICONNMR setup manual.
